Shipping & Delivery

Sorry, we do not offer free shipping unless there is an ongoing promo.

Sorry! We currently only ship to locations within the Philippines.

Once you’ve placed your order, we won’t be able to make any changes–but don't worry! If needed, you can always cancel and start a new one.

To stay informed about your delivery status, simply navigate to the “Order Status” page and click “Track.” You can also track orders quickly by entering their tracking number here.

Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate specific delivery dates. However, please be assured that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion—Metro Manila orders should arrive within 3-5 days and those outside the metro may take 4-7 days for shipping.

Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes items don't fit perfectly the first time, so we offer size replacements to get you exactly what you need. You'll be responsible for covering any associated shipping costs.

We hope that your purchase will meet or exceed expectations. In case it doesn't, we'll be happy to provide you with a refund. To issue a return, please send us an email with details of your concern.

In order for the return process to go smoothly, there must not have been any issues on our end—if so, kindly note shipping costs won't be covered but only the item's value once it arrives at our office and is inspected by us. Make sure any items you purchase still contain all original tags and intact packaging.

If an error was made on our part, you will receive a full refund including their shipping fees—no need to worry about any extra costs!

We work hard to get your refunds swiftly! You'll be able to receive the returned funds within 3 business days of us receiving an item back in our warehouse.

If there's any issue with the product, please reach out via chat or send us some images so that we can swiftly assist in resolving it for you.
